Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. All orders are carefully packaged and fully insured to ensure safe delivery to your specified address.

If you are visiting our warehouse, you are welcome to purchase products on-site. We will be happy to ship your purchase to your home or another delivery destination of your choice.

Shipping Carrier

We typically use FedEx, DHL, UPS for order fulfillment. Please ensure the delivery address is a valid street address. If needed, you may use the address of a trusted friend or relative to facilitate successful delivery.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receipt in an unused and re-sellable condition (including all packaging and manufacturer labels).

Returns that do not meet these conditions, or are returned after 15 days, may be subject to a restocking fee.

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure returned goods reach us safely. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse return shipping costs (up to first-class recorded service). Please indicate your postage cost on the return form for reimbursement. We will also resend the correct item free of charge.

Return & Warranty Policy

We maintain a low return rate due to our accurate product descriptions and upfront customer service. However, if an item is not what you ordered, please contact us. We will cover return shipping and provide a refund or replacement.

All products sold by RUNCYCLES are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Please refer to the product documentation for warranty details.
