Our return policy is based on the simple principle of providing excellent service to our customers. Thanks to our upfront product information and dedicated support, we maintain an extremely low rate of return.
If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, please contact us. We will also refund the shipping charges. We are committed to making the return process easy and customer-oriented.
All products sold are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers and products, so please refer to the product documentation for details.
If you have warranty-related questions, feel free to contact us. We recommend retaining the manufacturer’s documentation and packaging for future communication, either with us or directly with the manufacturer.
Note: Shipping and service charges are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
Return Information
We offer free returns within 30 days for all new or unused products. Whether you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you can easily return your order by following the steps below:
- Fill out the returns form and indicate the reason for returning each item.
- Pack the products in their original, undamaged packaging. Place them in a secure box and include the completed returns form.
- Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
- Print the return label, affix it to the parcel, and drop it off at the nearest pickup point.
Which Orders Can Be Returned to RUNCYCLES?
- Orders placed directly on runcycles.com and shipped to your home may only be returned through runcycles.com.
- Orders placed on runcycles.com but picked up via Click & Collect must be returned directly to our store. Please bring proof of purchase when making your return.
