Very good site and very good customer service. I ordered a bike that had a paint defect on the frame and before they just sent it they let me know of the problem and offered a cheaper price or a refund. I decided to go with the refund and i got the money back in the next few days.

The Runcycles website product filters are just great and really makes shopping for specifics an ease. Also prices incl. delivery are probably the best in EU. All in all everything seems so secure.

Selection and prices are great Selection and prices are great! Only drawback is search feature (filters) are not very robust, resulting in many pages that you need to scroll through to find the exact product that you want. You need a better search feature as well, general searches are not useful for us bikers, as we tend to be very specific about the gear we need. But...great service, returns, good delivery speeds, and superb selection.

New, no defects, fast delivery Dispatch was quick, I had the order home within 3 working days and the package was being delivered to another country. The product arrived wrapped in the original foil, the product is defect free and new. It was not a display piece like a competing eshop where I received a display piece. So I am very satisfied and can only recommend it.

Last order I had a problem wih a shipment: The package resulted stuck in DHL.de hub for reasons beyond Runcycles's control. In less than half a day Runcycles customer service resolved the problem effectively. I received the package quickly. Great choice and fast delivery. There are several of the websites for buying bicycles or parts for them but I liek this one the most. Probably because it has a pretty fast delivery option and also it sells bikes with custom equipment. But the most interesting thing is that Runcycles sells it at a discount price.

Damaged package, great service ! I placed an order for 4 Sram GX chains and they were delivered right on schedule. Unfortunately, the package arrived with some damage and one item was missing. However, their customer service was exceptional. I reached out to them and they processed a refund for the missing item within just a few hours of my complaint. Excellent service indeed!

Best in class! No idea how many of orders successfully delivered to me - Runcycles only showing last 24 month orders. But there were plenty of orders! And some returns too. And never any issue happened, never had to contact them for support! Best in class! Still there are some minor things to improve with product properties and respective sorting. For example search for wheel rim - there is no filter for spoke holes; also no sorting on products weight. Could be good to have those, but can survive as is.

Great website! I have been shopping from this website for 4 years or so. When I cannot find a specific product anywhere else, I can find it in runcycles! Such a wide variety of different brands, materials/fabrics, and products, cheaper and more expensive, sometimes under significant discounts. The shipping cost is usually more expensive compared to other websites, but not so important to give 4 stars.

The costumer service (Benjamin in my case) was great, before the shipment thay contacted me because the bike had some minor paint defect and, being the last one available, offered me a discount to apologize.
