At Runcycles.com, we strive to ensure total satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process within 30 days of delivery.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of item delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all manufacturer tags intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: Order receipt or order ID number is required.

2. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you received a wrong or damaged product due to our error, Runcycles covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind: If you order the wrong size or change your mind, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees on valid returned items.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your product:

  1. Contact our customer support team at order@runcycles.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return mailing address instructions.
  3. Pack all items securely in their original packaging and dispatch the package via a traceable courier service.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • We will send an email notification confirming receipt of your return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer) within 7 business days.

5. Warranty Coverage

All bicycles and cycling parts sold on Runcycles.com are covered under official manufacturer warranties. If your product develops a defect covered by warranty, please contact us for warranty assistance or direct service referral.
